Germany: online-search to combat child pornography

In opinion of the bavarian minister of justice, Beate Merk, the controversial online-searching method is indespensible in the fight against child pornography. The politician demanded a legal regulation for online-searching, not only for prevention but as well as for prosecution of crime.
