The purpose of the Code is to ensure that owners of communities who obtain the right to use the Association of Danish Internet Media (FDIM) ChatCheck Badge, via procedures and technical solutions, will support good web ethics for children and young people, so as to protect these in the best possible way against criminal acts and offences, and especially sexual offences.
The Code specifies standards and guidelines for owners of communities that address children and young people under the age of 18.
