Complaint Statutes, as referred to in Articles 12, sub-articles 10, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the bye-laws of ‘Stichting Nederlands Instituut voor de Classificatie van Audiovisuele Media’ (Netherlands Institute for the Classification of Audio-visual Media, NICAM), having its registered offices in Hilversum, for the further regulation of the authorities of the Complaints Committee and the Appeals Committee, as well as of the complaints and appeals procedures.
