t was signed between the Child Ombudsman, PROTEGELES and ACPI and the major ISPs in Spain (TERRA, MSN, Wanadoo and Yahoo). In this document the main Spanish ISPs commit themselves amongst other things, to develop mechanisms to eradicate illegal content from their servers as well as content specially harmful to children (such as web pages, groups and forums that promote paedophilia, anorexia or bulimia).
