More transparency for a better acceptance
The German Hans-Bredow-Institut has published the results of a part of their study about the effectivness of the German youth media protection systems.
Acceptance and traceability of youth protection in the area of video and computer games could be improved by a more consistent and transparent practical approach. The legal framework for youth media protection has improved through the legislative reform in Germany 2003, but there are still upgrades to make, so the Hans-Bredow-Institut.
The study was instructed by the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs and the Federal States of Germany.
