The 'Unterhaltungssoftware Selbstkontrolle (USK)' is responsible for the age identification for computer games. They denied an age classification for the game 'Clive Barker's Jericho'because of too much brutality.
For this reason the 'Bundeszentrale für jugendgefährdende Medien (BPjM)' could place this game on the index of harmful media for young people. So the producers may not advertise this game and only persons beyond the age of 18 years could buy it.
